Stephen Found
 With tertiary qualifications from RMIT in electronics, Stephen has been active in the entertainment industry for more than 25 years. With an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the gaming and entertainment industry, he is renowned for his innovative approach to both technical and commercial challenges.
In 1984, Bytecraft Entertianment was established and from humble beginnings of three people, started the long road of developing service for all of Victorian Theatres before branching out into other states. Finding shortfalls in existing products, Bytecraft moved into designing and manufacturing total complete products and specialising in the lighting arena.
In 1986, Stephen recognised the company’s strength and ability to diversify and developed a separate entity to support wagering operations.
Over the past two decades Stephen has travelled the globe extensively, establishing numerous business contacts across the entire entertainment industry.
Stephen's greatest achievements include his role as a consultant to the organisers of the Sydney Olympic Games and then being later appointed as the Producer of Lighting for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Bytecraft was awarded responsibility for overseeing the lighting design and the procurement, installation, programming and operation of all lighting equipment. Further in 2006, Bytecraft Entertainment was the largest Australian supplier to the Melbourne Commonwealth Games providing LED screens, lighting services for broadcast, ceremonies and the river effects.
